You can use FoF for downloads and import it for GH3PC if you find an actual .chart and not a .fof file.

Look for Packages from Puppetz or JackieChan, they are extremely thrusted by me to have charts containing both .MIDI and .OGG file.

In another perspective, .Chart and .MP3 in disguise. Look those two up.
