I'm horrible online, Ive been playing for the past hour and a half and I'm the first to be defeated :( I've tried playing as covenants, using tank rush strategy, I even had 10 grizzlies defending my base, and got my ass kicked by another guys using a bunch of banshees and prophet of regret >:( Wtf am I doing wrong?!? "juking" is called Strafing. You can do this with warthogs and tanks, VERY useful on a prophet, as his beam moves slowly and can't keep up with the speed of the units. My 4 warthogs SLAUGHTERED a prophet simply because his beam was useless because my hogs moved too fast. ALWAYS keep your units moving and don't forget to keep an eye out for turrets that are building; kill them right away. 8/10 Guide/Commentary

tactic 2v2 party,get 2 warthogs each around mid match or when u think the enemy will have more than 1 base and scout the map then u should of found 2+ bases then in that time u should of built an army then say the blue team has 2 bases get ur ally to go for one while you get the other that way the enemy cant look on both bases as easily then once 1 base is down get the guy who took it out to go to the other 1 2 sped it up then do the same or split ur army if theres more than 2 base hope it works

It's easier to do - 3 heavy supply pads, 2 reactors, fortress upgrade as 2 reactors building, build vehicle depot when u can, build barracks, make 3 tanks + 3 spartans and make spartan tanks. If you want to send 1 around to bases to get veterancy.

rushing gives you a lot of points because of the 8.40x multiplier if you do not lose any units. that is why when rushes fail, they usually come in 2-3rd place instead of 1st.
Juking is when you change your trajectory to avoid attacks. Typically this is a ranged attack. In American Football, it is dodging a tackler.
Kiting is when you outrun or keep a unit at range so that they cannot hit you or use a specific ability on you.
In the video, I am juking, which is changing trajectory to avoid the rod cannon shots from the banshees. If I were running away from a spartan, to prevent him from taking over my vehicle while attacking him back, that would be kiting.

I watched this a year ago when i first started playing and it is still a great strategy, although i prefer, if there is a free base to start with, the all supply pads first base, two at the second, then two reactors and two depots and last supply pad. only works if you scout and know there is no early rush. but gets griz in under 10 with great economy if you gotta switch units or need anti units

@NeXtgeNaRatIoNgAmErZ it creates a setback so while you and your ally are building up your rush can take out important buildings so the enemy can't attack soon, for example taking out a prophet's temple keeps him from building anything to attack with.

You get the same effect with captain cutter but instead of paying for a base upgrade(400Cr) you upgrade your 4 supply pads (100 + 225 = 325 - 225 = 100Cr) so you have the same advantage for building cost (4*100 = 400Cr) but as captain cutter they won't expect a tank rush as much so you gain an advantage.

this works for all rushing - USMC 1. build 2 supply pads 2. build reactor 3. build 2 more supply pads 4. when you get enough money upgrade base if not cutter 5. build another reactor 6. build Vehicle depot, airpad, barracks 7. upgrade all supply pads if not forge 8. save money to upgrade both reactors 9. fully upgrade unit you would like to rush 10. build as many units as you want and attack With PA i can have hawks in less then 7:30
@INadsHelp know what kind of rush did i explain? i think i explained Grizzly, Hawk, and ODST rush... It can be easily countered by a Marine rush, Hornet rush, Tank rush, Banshee rush, Wraith rush, Brute rush, Prophet rush, Suicide grunt rush, Warthog rush, Cyclops rush, Ghost rush.... any rush like that can counter it... But if you can manage to get this rush up and going its a near 90% chance you can win...

@zexhacker2 i have never lost warthog rushin on crevice because u can NOT get enough tanks out fast enough to stop my warthogs and it doesnt take any time to take out ur vehicle depo or reactor and ur useless u have to hit me before 3 minutes or not tryin for tanks. if u want a demonstration just message me and ill send u my gamertag and we can test out our theory
best tank rush: 3 supply pads, then reactor, then look for resources, then another supply pad. upgrade reactor while collecting resources with the hog (doing this sets up a better economy for later in the game if the tank rush fails which also sets up the 10 minute 10 grizzly if rushing is not your thing). while the 4th supply pad is finishing upgrade the base to fortress. then build two factories for double the tank production. after getting 7 tanks upgrade to canister shell and attack. 7 min.
tank rush better when u build 4 supply pads first then reactor then upgrade reactor then upgrade bass with 2nd reactor then vehicle depot by that time u can have 3tech lvl and have tanks building
@komujimaru at the time this prophet had he should have had an upgraded prophet and so that this rush could have failed if it was an online match with a skilled player as the enemy.
your opponent was garbage... he saw you build tanks and still didn't do anything... if he built even 3 hunters you'd have died or if he "juked" with his banshee you would have died... It's better to build 4 supply pads... a reactor... double the reactor... expand the base... build 2 airpads... then mass out hornets... can have a 30/30 force by 7 mins... and will own any opponent.
a hint i have is (and it requires micro management) is to never queue anything as its essentially money u could use elsewhere, he qued a scorpion which he could have used to set up a second base and put more supply pads on
your opponent sucked ass. he should have just made all banshees or hunters, and upgraded his prophet a little. he scouted and he didnt do anything productive. and i wouldve probably destroyed your tanks, gone to your base but you probably wouldve quit by this time since you said it yourself. so uh screw you fag

u can use a tank strategy similar to this in the shield world campaign level where u have to rescue ALPHA,bravo and charlie teams from the flood for transport, figured this out by myself
people need to stop posting strategies cause they need to learn stuff by themselves, and i see a bunch of strategies on youtube in games, and this is a common one...
this strategy dose not not work at all it is more likely that the people you where playing against are just terrible. i have come across your strategy many times and i have never lost to it. the only reason i look at these videos is because i know that people who sucks will look this stuff up and try it out so i make up counter attacks. and this guy you are playing against is ether a friend of yours and in on it or he is one of the worst halo wars players i have ever seen in my life.

The actual term for "Juking" is kiting. It means out manuveuring/out ranging a unit so that it cant hurt you while you can still hurt it.

Its a sound strategedy, but had he leader rushed you, and strategically taken out a reactor or your depo. Youd been in trouble.

You get the same effect with captain cutter but instead of paying for a base upgrade(400Cr) you upgrade your 4 supply pads (100 + 225 = 325 - 225 = 100Cr) so you have the same advantage for building cost (4*100 = 400Cr) but as captain cutter they won't expect a tank rush as much so you gain an advantage.

there is no reason to put the reactor up before your 4fh supply pad. because you dont have to upgrade them...

u can make 4tanks MAX(1:30 makin) wen 2tanks r out u can destroy another SupplyPad n bulid a reactor n upgrade the tank wiv C.shell at the same time make 2 turrets.

After your first 2 tanks are out, destroy a supply pad and make a reactor, upgrade canister shell and build 2 turrets. By 6:35 you'll have 4 canister tanks, compared to this guy's 3-4 tanks at 6:00 without canister shell. :D"

@INadsHelp know what kind of rush did i explain? i think i explained Grizzly, Hawk, and ODST rush... It can be easily countered by a Marine rush, Hornet rush, Tank rush, Banshee rush, Wraith rush, Brute rush, Prophet rush, Suicide grunt rush, Warthog rush, Cyclops rush, Ghost rush.... any rush like that can counter it... But if you can manage to get this rush up and going its a near 90% chance you can win...

@zexhacker2 i have never lost warthog rushin on crevice because u can NOT get enough tanks out fast enough to stop my warthogs and it doesnt take any time to take out ur vehicle depo or reactor and ur useless u have to hit me before 3 minutes or not tryin for tanks. if u want a demonstration just message me and ill send u my gamertag and we can test out our theory

best tank rush: 3 supply pads, then reactor, then look for resources, then another supply pad. upgrade reactor while collecting resources with the hog (doing this sets up a better economy for later in the game if the tank rush fails which also sets up the 10 minute 10 grizzly if rushing is not your thing). while the 4th supply pad is finishing upgrade the base to fortress. then build two factories for double the tank production. after getting 7 tanks upgrade to canister shell and attack. 7 min.

your opponent was garbage... he saw you build tanks and still didn't do anything... if he built even 3 hunters you'd have died or if he "juked" with his banshee you would have died... It's better to build 4 supply pads... a reactor... double the reactor... expand the base... build 2 airpads... then mass out hornets... can have a 30/30 force by 7 mins... and will own any opponent.

u can use a tank strategy similar to this in the shield world campaign level where u have to rescue ALPHA,bravo and charlie teams from the flood for transport, figured this out by myself

this strategy dose not not work at all it is more likely that the people you where playing against are just terrible. i have come across your strategy many times and i have never lost to it. the only reason i look at these videos is because i know that people who sucks will look this stuff up and try it out so i make up counter attacks. and this guy you are playing against is ether a friend of yours and in on it or he is one of the worst halo wars players i have ever seen in my life.
