I heard that if you drink from a straw , like constantly then you will get wrinkles around your mouth and lips. So i'm not to sure about the whole straw thing.! (:

@16missoreo I have never heard of that.. but I am sure going to look it up!!! However, if it is soda or a latte.. I will still drink from a straw.. because they stain your teeth more quickly! Thanks for the input!!! <333

I whiten my teeth at home with my toothbrush, sensodyne gentle whitening toothpaste or whatever toothpaste you use and then just put a tiny bit of baking soda on you're toothbrush with toothpaste on it and then brush for three minutes :)

@Hamyyz You should brush your teeth at least every morning and every night... however, it is a new fad (and a good fad at that) to start brushing your teeth after every meal! It will just protect them and keep them cleaner... Its not only about keeping your teeth white; it's about keeping them healthy!!! :)

I don't really understand when you say you do them 4 times a month because each kit is for 7 days. So are you saying you only do it for one day 4 times a month? And do you do it in a consecutive order or do you do it like once a week or something? Thanks. BTW, as I'm writing this I'm using the trays. :D
