I had a health scare last night and ended up in hospital until early this morning. Thankfully I am ok but as a result have bad anxiety which I hope will subside in the next few days. But this video in particular (it's my favorite of yours) has been very helpful to me in that it has got me to relax (very difficult as it's constant) and it even helped me sleep a couple of times today. I use this video to fall asleep to every night now. The funny thing is, it usually takes me about 3 tries because something falls at approx 15:14 and startles me back awake, lol, so I just wake up and start it again. -- Seems that by the 3rd time I'm always able to sleep through it because I wake up in the middle of the night w/my earphones on and a dark computer:)
