  • one off the best songs ever writen!!!!!!!

  • simple and moving...thank you

  • Love this!! Thanks for posting..phyllis

  • Just think!~ Justin Timberlake, Justin beaver, Usher, Neyo, Chris brown,Trey Songz, John legend, Alecia keys, Beyonce, Riahana, Kesha, and the list goes on, would not have been talented enough to be on any label in the 60's and 70's! ,that means, Motown, Stax, Atlantic, Capital, Philly label, etc.. So! Sooooo! Sad!! and they are sooo not talented, they are just singing songs of confusion! that's what the world is Today!!` Hey .....Hey!~

  • @tedkay ...plus, Chris Brown would have been in jail for beating his fucking girlfriend...

  • @bluekonnie setvie quel belle ballade merci

  • love is in music . Real , true love , and this song embodies this.

  • it's true. There's a place in the sun for each of us. Therefore shine on. I LOVE MOTOWN!

  • take me back to hisonaru turkey now.... thanks

  • If a tune could make someone get religion, this'd be it.

  • What I hate is how people keep making non-musicians famous. Kim Kardashian is coming out with a song and you know she'll get more radioplay than a Stevie Wonder ever did and that is just sad and ridiculous.

And another thing, more and more, new music is only about strong techno-ish beats with a lipsynched voice or bad lyrics.

Here, the whole song is MADE by Stevie's voice and lyrics, not the background music.

T-Pain should take a look at this vid to see REAL music.

  • earl THE GOAT manigault!!!!!

  • @jcreamx23 R.I.P. EARL "THE GOAT" MANIGAULT

  • @jcreamx23 "Pookie Pookie Pookie...stop touchin shit!!!" I haven't seen that in forever.

  • i love it i love it i love it!!! :)

  • this song was covered by many and a lot were wonderful versions---but if EVER stevie was inspired -he was on this.

  • Simply incredible

  • 5 dislike r you shittin me

  • @JaceyLP those 5 disagrees are just american idol failures thats all..

  • LOVE this song!!

  • So far 5 people have mistaken the "like" button for the "dislike" button. Come on people get it right. :)

Love this song and Stevie Wonder hes just the GREATEST!!!

    Xx <3

  • I can not think of any artist who should have or deserved to be blessed with the gifts and kife that Stevie has had..he is a pillar..a true genius..no matter what era classical. jazz he still would have been a genius..funny how his 6th grade teacher told his Mom the best he could hope to be was a basket weaver. And he has changed the musical landscape forever and been a positive force in American culture.

    I truely Love this Man.

  • used to think a female sang this wow great song

  • I wish God would create more people like Stevie Wonder. The man is a genius!!!!!!!!!

  • Ahhh this is so good!

  • is this a man or woman who sing?

  • @Ziopanza It's Stevie Wonder!!!!!!

  • This is a beautiful song... With such a sad feel to it. I can picture a battle-fatigued soldier, tired and broken from battle, taking off his helmet to rest in the dusty shade, or a slave being worked beyond the bounds of his capacity only to get a small piece of bread.

  • smile

  • wonderful !

  • Lyssna o njut!!!! En av världens bästa sånger någonsin!! I Gonna find me a place in the sun!!! Alla vill väl det. Eller hur?

  • Lyssna o njut!!!! En av världens bästa sånger någonsin!! I Gonna find me a place in the sun!!!

  • I was In Vietnam when this song first came out.. Loved it then and still love it. He really is one of the great's in the music business...

  • Always makes me feel good.

  • @2009Denisem and so were you missed! I almost had to sent out a search party for ya!

  • @2009Denisem well that's my job thank you! :)

  • @2009Denisem Could'nt agree more Denise, This is the first time i've heard this song, but i love it. Stevie Wonder would have been starting out then, as i loved his seventies hits, but what a lovely song. Great post johnniewalker23 and thank you Denise for sharing this unearthed (for me anyway) gem.

  • @2009Denisem Does anyone have sun block lotion cuz i don't wanna burn my mr.clean blad head thank you!hahahaha!

  • @2009Denisem I couldn't agree with you more...you have spoken for me and for everyone. There is hope for EVERYONE encapsulate the wonderful spirit of the 60s decade. Life was full of optimism then... words like stress, ethnic minority, political correctness etc just didn't exist. We just got on with it and waited breathlessly for the next Beatles single or LP! Music of the 60s will never be repeated en masse for many many decades to come. A great song poster, thank you.

  • I was born in '74 and discovered the music of the decade or so before my birth when I was 12. I prefered it over the stuff of 20 years ago when I was a teenager and definately today. It was one of the best ever eras for music and can't really be compared to the 40 years since.

  • SO SO SPECIAL THE WORDS ARE EVERYTHING WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT THEY MEAN TO YOU PERSONALLY XXXXXX A CLASSIC BEYOND WORDS

  • Im an 80s baby of the late 90s hip hop generation.. but sometimes i feel i was born in the wrong decade.. nothing sounds better then 60"s music... not just black music but all genre"s ..

  • sorry but stevie's the man

  • Released in October 1966 as Tamla 54139
