It always takes a while to become HD. from 10 minutes to a couple hours. It's silly, but worth it in the end.

To help a little,ive found the HUEGER the file size and the LONGER it is,the more liekly you get HD,doubt that helps tho

ah yeah lyrrad putting it in virtual dub and resizing to 1280x720 works usualy too,as linkbattler said

Gives 1 Penetrate, too. I think you take 50% more damage, though.
