Craig, thanks for this video and all your other videos on YouTube. Question - should I mix up chin-ups and pull-ups in my workout? Some days I do chin-ups, some days I do pull-ups. Maybe I should stick to just pull-ups since they're harder?

I believe Craig is 5'8" or 5'9" and 180lbs.

It's not just your exercise program its what you eat as well. I you follow Craig on twitter you will see he is very disciplined on his diet
