@GoldenCrusader93 actually it's looking like necrons will be a little less bland and colorless in the new edition of 40k. Their codex hasn't come out yet but the latest novel to feature them depicts them as speaking and having individual personalities (albeit spiteful and miserable ones). So, actually, their portrayal in this video may prove to be quite accurate.

I pretty sure the Wraiths couldn't get WBB as their whole unit was destroyed. The Lord is a different case, but those wraiths should NOT have got back up.

The Lord yes, but seeing as those Wraiths had no applicable units within X" (can't remember exact amount, think it's 6") or a Tomb Spyder or something, then they can't make the save. The Rez Orb allows you to make the WBB roll even if you have been Instant-Deathed or power-weaponed, but does not ignore the other restrictions.

Even though he is a different character, does that mean he still gets the same stats and special abilites as Ghazghkull? And does that mean I could do the same with my various Warbosses?

@superlokkyking I used the Ghazghkull model but he was just a regular warboss with some gear added. I have about 6 Warboss models that I use for Gutrend, including one on a Warbike. Each time I put together an army list I tweek the warboss to what the army needs, pick a model that fits him and call him Gutrend. The only Warboss in MegaArmor I have is Ghazghull, so I used his model. Make sense?

@JudoonScanner Yes, that's much of what I did. I took a pic at the beginning of each movement then at the end, then faded them together.  I added the effects and sound later.

@cocomoloko does not matter, the rez orb just ignores pwr weapons, double toughness weapons, and insta killing weapons. the rules state that the rez orb ingores all conditions for negating wbb but sweeping advance, tank shock death or glory, and no models w/in 6"

I love this Battle Report better than the others becuase it has talking of the models, and you don't see that in other Battle Reports. The talking from the models is also more entertaining. I'm a necron player, and what makes me come back and see this is the talking. :P

If it was a stop-action movie there would be a script and plot line written then the movie would be shot. This is an actual game that I shot and then added the narration afterward. I prefer this to saying "hey guys, um... welcome to my battle report. So like... I'm playing Orks [shaky cam on ork models] and Jess is playing Necrons [shaky cam on Necrons]. So I rolled better and chose to deploy...."

This way is more interesting to me.

@jimmybrown11111 My problem was I kept rolling 1's for movement of my Mega Armor nobs after they got out of the trukk. I separated the Warboss from the Nobs so I would have two rolls and it worked, a little. Then I used the nobs to go and take an objective, moving them backward. I know I know... Taking an objective? Blasphamy against Gork! But it won me the game.

I didn't consider it cheating, it was an honest mistake. The rule can be confusing and it didn't make the game any less fun.
