The millennials do have one major challenge and that is that they are not as special as they have been told. They think companies have to adapt to their needs and, for a while, employers were jumping through hoops to do so. No longer. In today's market, there are plenty of hard working boomers and Xers who are grounded in reality AND in need of a job that will happily take the "special" millinials job away.
