yup, lead was not tommys thing really, but his rhythm is fucking awesome and he does nice harmonics but doesnt over use them like lots of bands today.
Tommy gets the most heavy sounds around and yet, if you look closely, he's not hitting it very hard at all. I suppose that's where his precision comes from. Tommy is so tight and precise with his rhythm playing and that's his strength.
Tommy Victor and Prong are awesome. He should be more recognized in the mainstream for his guitar talent - there's a reason why he's worked with Danzig, Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, and Ministry. All of which are great bands and legends in rock/metal music.
@cabalofdemons I'll second that! Everything from between Beg to Differ and Rude Awakening were awe-inspiring! I'm certain that most of the bands lauded today for the uniqueness of their sound owe something of their influence to Tommy.
that a sweet sound 00:53-00:59

Aside from Hendrix and Tony Iommi, Tommy is one of my main influences for playing guitar. He has an endless stream of riffs.

@seanB81
He's an underrated guitarist and alot of metal bands owe something to Prong back in the day.
