When I was a teenager I didn't know much about 'Hardy' but listening to Python taught me who he was, what a Definite article is, that he wrote The Return of the Native and Tess of the d'Urbervilles the fictional area of Egdon Heath.Wasp hour was pretty funny too.
Methinks you could like this; a crazy 1 minute stop motion film about a piece of Bread & a Brush fighting for domination in the kitchen

I had the vinyl album of this. The coolest thing about the record was that it was a 3-sided record. It was a single vinyl record, but it had two seperate concentric tracks on one side running inside one another with completely different material. But you never knew what side that was because BOTH sides were labeled Side 2.
Where the heck did a proper remastering of this come from? My CD of it came from a pretty high-end chain store that never sold used or bootlegged CDs, yet it always sounded like it was sourced poorly from vinyl at the wrong speed.

@freebeerfordworkers I think I'm only half sad as I waited until Monday to check out A A Gill's sugestion. Check out Dinner for One, it's old but brilliant.

I'm so glad that people don't do this to me when I'm trying to write.

@panacea999.
Very good! Although I find AA Gill almost as disagreeable as Monty Python unfunny and thought I'd verify both beliefs in one action.
I certainly have not altered my opinion of either.

Shame on you : if AA Gill told you to jump off a cliff would you do it?

Superb Python brilliance - wonderfully supplemented by the silly wasp/tiger club interlude. Priceless!
