Actually, I called it that because that's what the venue called it. We were given bracelets that warned us that we entered the mosh pit at our own risk. I'm well aware of what a "real" mosh pit is...been to plenty of concerts, thanks...
Haha the only reason people were standing around was because OK Go opened for The Fray, which isn't known for its pits. OK Go's real fans tend to go a little crazy. And yes, no matter what the people are doing IN the pit, it's still a mosh pit. Get over yourself. Thanks.

I was there but on the lawnnnn! Ah I miss them playing small venues like Mississippi Nights. Or Blueberry Hill. Good video though!

I'm a new fan... so this is my first time seeing OK Go in concert. I would love to see them in a smaller venue. You're so lucky to have done that!
