I think that Rand means well. But when it comes to the ADA, he really does not seem to have an understanding as to all it does. He needs to READ the act before he makes up his mind on it. I had heard him more than once state that he needs to look into it after using the same 3rd floor example.

What these idiots don't get is that Rand Paul was legally right, Offering a disabled person a job (or workstation) on the first floor if he can not navigate stairs instead of putting in a elevator is a "Reasonable Accommodation" which is all the law calls for. I am disabled and I wouldn't mind seeing the law repealed, it has done nothing! Most of the strides of the disabled came pre ada. Regan Had the decade of the disabled which created parking spaces, sec 504 of the 73 Educa law did more!
