  • dude nice video but quit shaking!!

  • @eatenmyshotz Ya that's some old footage, things have changed since then:)

  • As much as I like LR's, and admire their ability (when they're working, they're awesome), they do seem to make certain important parts (gearboxes, diffs, halfshafts) out of chocolate.

Which is probably why I offroad a Suzuki!

  • @MudBarf the rover lt230 is indestructable

  • @Fireball69 I wouldn't know. I do know that bits of various Defender 90's are embedded in the mud at my fav pay n play site - bits of gearboxes, diffs etc - it has always seemed to me that certain parts (only certain parts) of a standard defender don't hold up well to large tyres and a heavy right foot.

I've never owned a LR though, so I'm commenting on friends experiences with their D90's, not my own!

  • I didn t see the land crusier crosing, i see the movie 2 times and nothing, is in an other video??

  • Land Cruiser: Land Rover Recovery Vehicle.

  • @1latinoguy A mate of mine has a sticker on the back of his trayback hilux that says pretty much the same thing...

    ;)

  • isn't it matt leblanc with is toyota land cruiser ??

  • white land rover sounds like toyota land cruiser hj61, 12ht engine

  • @weardracing it's actually a cummins 6BT!

  • @lshobie

that may be why the landrover is struggling- to much weight up front so rear is too light.

    a 200tdi is what u want.

  • @lshobie was the gearbox changed, I ask because the cummins gots lots of torque?

  • @HotHeadCJ Yes he changed the box, i forget which one though.

  • @weardracing Its actually a cummins 6BT

  • como asi

  • @setaes OK! Thanks for watching!

  • 7 months later and Land Rovers are still shit..............

  • @steveandlulu LOL!

  • Great videos

    IrollwithTojo on MUD

  • @covenantkid44 Thanks!

  • Land Rovers are crap................

  • Money can buy you lots of things.. But apparently reality. Rover/ Classic axles are weak. they are known a non hypoid & or spiral bevel, cant remember. Either way I'm pretty sure the pinion does not make as much contact as it can. i.e no high or low pinion. OK so now we've got the worst electronics known to man and weak axles now ad a Cummins? WTF? Coil sprung and Watts link. BFD! A Landcruiser 80 is coil sprung, has 300k mile rebuild intervals (1FZ) & IMO the best electronics known to man

  • @F0ckUtoob This rover actually had 80 series front and rear locked axles, the rear locker stopped working on this hill. The axles are now gone and he is using some better ones. Hies truck is actually built very well - just needs some tweaking.

  • @steveandlulu any one with a shared name is obviously a cunt

  • @steveandlulu Pretty sad eh!

  • @steveandlulu

nonsense, any decent driver would have managed easy, plus one is overweighted upfront and the diff locks wouldnt work and one had no 4x4!

if a vehice has a wheelbase of 80-100" and 4x4 and live axles and the weight is average then it will be good off road, doesnt matter what it is plus there is no other vehice with such multi purpose ability thats why we spent most of gulf war 1 pulling out stuck humvee's!

  • Has the white landrover got a cummins?

  • yes

  • thought so that noise is unique

  • Sounds like a bus/

  • that was painfull to watch.

    fucking retards.

  • Let us know when you are going out in the Ottawa area, most of us are from Ottawa. Regards,

    Louis, Pres, TNTLC
