You underestimate the mind of Colbert. But you're right. I'm sure he was focused on his sarcastic banter and left the snide remarks (or something similar) for when he watched the "interview" later on. At the end of the day, WE think Bill O'Reilly is a piece of garbage (and a pinhead)and this is nothing more than a fun way to exercise those feelings. And I'm willing to bet the farm (that I don't have) that we aren't the only ones who feel that way. Thanks for the feedback.
