wikipedia describes Johansson's state beatifully after he got KO'd by Patterson....
"Patterson knocked Johansson out in the fifth round with a leaping left hook to become the first man to recover the world's undisputed heavyweight title. The punch caught Johansson's chin and he hit the canvas with a thud, out cold before he landed flat on his back. With blood trickling from his mouth, his glazed eyes staring up at the ring lights, and his left foot twitching - the Swede was counted out..."
I hate to say it,but Pacquiao knock out of Hatton was pretty devastating and unexpected,I think Ray Mercer ko of Tommy Morrison, and David Tua ko of Ruiz are pretty impressive.
I think the Kostya Tszyu Versus Zab Judah KO really shows the effects of a KO. Judah's head and body are temporarily separated from each other somehow, just look at the video, his head is barking out orders while the body does the funky chicken!
Best ko of all time,Marciano vs Walcott for the timing & importance of it ect ect but my favorite was Cuevas vs Duran,Why? well if anyone who remembers would know Cuevas was a man who was so feared in his day and he was ripping through competition until he met manos de piedras duran! by the way I actually typed this as soon as I clicked the vid and you just mentione Jersey joy and marciano I was like =0 lol!
The best knockout i seen was Wilfredo Benitez against Maurice Hope, i pick this one because Benitez knew that when his hand touched Hope he felt the KO and smiled as Hope was going down ...It was incredible.
the best knockout ive seen in recent years was pacquiao vs hatton you dont see many knockouts like this were the fighter is asleep,im a hatton fan but you cant take nothing away from pacquiao
Naseem Hamed's KO of Augie Sanchez.....and of Kevin Kelly

Thought of another couple of nice KOs.
James Toney's KO of Jason Robinson - hands down the best KO of Toney's career.
Rocky Lockridge's KO of Roger Mayweather - Rocky wins the world title with one punch. Roger's fall made it epic, his legs went and he folded in half.
