Another way to avoid anxiety-inducing blood sugar spikes is to avoid simple carbohydrates (cane sugar, corn syrup, corn starch, wheat starch, etc.) and go for foods with complex carbohydrates (oatmeal, corn meal, brown rice, etc.) that result in a "slow burn" and gradual release of sugar into the bloodstream over several hours. Read "The Schwarzbein Principle" by Dr. Diana Schwarzbein, M.D.
thank you so much! i struggle with anxiety but I have a really hard time taking advice from doctors who have never experienced it. I feel like I am in complete control of it but am always looking for new ways to make life a little easier. You are clearly a person who understands the feeling and the logistics of it, and I appreciate these videos so much! Thank You....i will be checking out your website.
DO NOT DRINK RED BULL OR COFFEE! haha.. I decided I can have a little bit the other day.. never felt more shocking chest pains in my life from just half a can of red bull...
I honestly believe that even though I have a very obvious family history of "panic attacks".....I think I may have been "jump-started" by the massive intake of colas & coffee I drank as a teen. I lived on cigarettes and colas/coffee.....I hardly ever ate real food

your advice is unimportant and won't help anyone recover from panic disorder... and total recovery is indeed possible... but not with your crap
