I thought I was the only one who knew about this song!! A few years after the Dreamstone ended I found a cassette of the soundtrack in a music shop for 99p. I still listen to it and love to sing this song in shower!

How would there ever be an end to a cosmic battle between hope (good dreams) and despair (nightmares)? Just discovered this fine series on JAROO. And, despite Zordrak's dark desires, he will have to wait forever for victory, which we will have to leave to fan fiction writers.

*Sniff* After watching that I miss it all now, I really wish the story could have been finished off at least, it was such an odd place to leave it. Darn networks, budgets, copyrights etc. Good job with the vid and thanks again for sharing! :)

Fair point, there is something to be said about leaving it up to the viewer's imagination, plus it's nice to think that the battle is still going on between the Land of Nightmares and the Land of Dreams to this day. :) (Although it appears Zordrak is winning right now as I can't sleep from strange dreams!) :P

Oh he sent me nightmares as a kid all right, usually from frightening television adverts. :D I guess the Dreammaker sent Rufus and Amberley to re-charge the Dreamstone when I had those nightmares. :D But yeah the unfibnished story just leaves it open to fanfiction, but I guess even if it ended, that still wouldn't stop us from writing fanfiction, like myself. :D

You're not the only one - I'm planning on writing a book to eventually get published called: 'How "The Dreamstone" could have ended', depicting what I believe WOULD have made a great 'official' ending - as long as Frizz kept his last lines bit. ;)

The programme that was sadly missed. Used to love watching this when I got home from school. Think it used to be on either a Tuesday or a Wednesday on CITV. Think it was Wednesday, as I think Childrens Ward was on Tuesday.
