I am for the death penalty. The Death penalty needs to be overhauled for the Death Penalty after Troy Davis was executed for a crime that he was innocent for in Georgia. I hope that the Death Penalty can be fairly be given in the future. Georgia should be punished for executing Troy Davis by the same execution method so they can see what they did to the late Mr. Davis. May GOD have mercy on Georgia's Souls.

I'd never heard of Troy Davis till looking around on youtube today, so I don't know much about the facts, but it sounds similar to the situation of the West Memphis 3. After watching this and the Paradise Lost documentaries I am against the death penalty (which we don't have in Australia). If a country has to have it, defendants must be guilty beyond all reasonable doubt with 100% certainty eg - Ander Brevik - the Norwegian mass murderer.

America only has a legal system not a justice system. At this point only God knows the truth. For every action there is a reaction and EVERYBODY will recieve their judgment when their time comes. not be under daily pressure to follow their friends. America only has a legal system not a justice system. At this point only God knows the truth. For every action there is a reaction and EVERYBODY will recieve their judgment when their time comes. It should not (although it is) be a race issue but more so look into the defaults of our government and legal systems. I am very much so against the death penalty. It sucks that race is still a constant issue and used to belittle or empower another.

This is only one person's theory and is disputed many other researchers and geneticists. Although some whites choose to marry outside their race, by far, the majority of people - well over 75% marry people of their own race and color.
