  • Qui Gon returning was the only good thing about these 3 episodes. The whole story was stupid.

  • I like the fact that Liam neeson came back to do the voice of Qui gon again and which episode is this and how much of him do we see in the clone wars?

  • Obi-Wan learns Qui-Gonn become a ghost in the end of Episode 3... So what the fuck is this?

I thought Clone Wars is set after Episode 2 but now it's an alternate timeline or something? Well nevermind just fuck it.

  • @whaowman It's a retcon.

  • @xxJorgexxOconxx Wrong.

You're on a force planet, with a bunch of weird force shit. Obi-Wan probably thought it was a one time deal.

  • @HypercaneKyle Then why would he get so surprised later on, after how he reacts here?

  • Does anybody smell Jin?

  • Qui-Gon Booze (Gin) the worst Jedi ever. The Phantom Menace.

  • @Curseco LIAR! HES THE BEST JEDI EVER! WITHOUT HIM,OBI WAN WOULDNT BE ALIVE!

  • Best Jedi ever

  • Qui-Gon is the BEST Jedi EVER!

  • Qui-Gon Jinn, for me was one of the best Jedi's. Is a shame he got killed on the first episode. They should use him at least on episode lll as a force spirit.. Good to see this character back on Clone wars.....

  • dumbest jedi ever, except for anakin of course.

  • Qui-Gon made the most stupid decisions than any jedi ever did. It's a miracle he didn't get everyone killed like 10 times. Watch RedLetterMedia's Star Wars review, and he'll carefully tell you how much of an asshole Jinn was.

  • @umairrrr Why you articulate your own opinion instead of using his opinion for everything?

  • @MrJamesBourne I literally had no opinion of Jinn before, his character was just bland. There's nothing wrong with being persuaded or convinced into an opinion, especially when someone convinces you in such a detailed manner.

  • @umairrrr I disagree because Jinn isn't being an asshole.

  • @MrJamesBourne In my opinion, if someone almost jeopardizes their mission and puts everyone's lives in danger numerous times, that guy is an asshole.

  • Were Liam Neeson and Ewan McGregor casted for this series? They sound a lot like them. If not the casting team did a pretty good job on the voice actors.

  • @bjb249248 Neeson did the voice of Qui-Gon...I'm not sure about McGregor

  • @bjb249248 Liam neeson actually did come back to reprise his role as Qui-Gon, Ewan sadly did not his voice is done via a fella called James arnold taylor who i have to say does a very good ewan impression. I havn't actually watched this series but i plan to i find it sad they couldn't get hayden to do anakin from what i've seen im not a fan of the guy who portrays him in the tv series he doesn't seem to fit

  • When is this episode :O

  • Its great to see him! Qui-Gon is my favorite Jedi

  • what episode is this

  • why didnt they make a figure of him

  • Liam Neeson is a great actor and Qui Gon Jinn is one of my favorite Jedi in Star Wars :)

  • I fucking love this show! They even got Liam Neeson to do Qui Gons voice

  • Omg Qui Gonn'ss real voice, omg omgomg

Maaaster Quaiiiii Goooawwn? -.- fuck sake wheres mcgregor when you need him?

  • If you notice, and listen REALLY close. You will notice that its the same voice actor Qui-Gon jin and fallout 3 dad has :b

  • Episode I comes out tomarow in 3D. Im going to focus all on Qui-Gon. The power of the Neison is stong with him.

  • thats stupid because in episode 3 yoda says ''there is another man from the world of the force, your old master''(< somethink like that) and obi-wan says ''qui gon!!! :O '' because he never saw him since his death

  • @wackofilm Well, the Clone Wars show is a mixture of both canon and non-canon. So it isn't surprising to see something like this. Kind of stupid to transition between the two, but the studios are making more money off of it than I am on any of my ideas, lol.

  • Why the fuck is Obi-Wan pointing at him with his lightsaber??

  • @Dagnown163 For all Obi-wan knows he is dead... Last I checked people don't come back from that condition to often. so either Obi is being tricked or something. Saber up for safety.

  • Godammit! These guys are just screwing up the continuity

  • those are rly good impersonations

  • @ngilford1 qui gon is actually liam neeson but im not sure about obi wan

  • Didnt Ben and Aniken get ther minds cleand later in this eps?`The brother and sister of the force died and there father cleand ther so Aniken dont remember his "dark side" and turn to it to soon.

  • Qui-Gon Is the BEST!

  • Listen, Obi-wan did not know to communicate with ghosts until Episode 3 in this episode Qui-gon appears to him

  • @laserbeamize don't you know that making sense on youtube isn't allowed?

  • Obi-wan have done as i asked?

Have you returned gungan back door hussies 9?

  • @darthractus

Yes but I checked out Togrutas, Twileks and Zeltrons Go Wild 4 in your name and it's 10 years overdue.

    Nooooo!

  • Qui-Gon is so awesome!

  • @tk4794 his boring. all in the prequles is. fuck this. death is cheap.

  • @tk4794 of corse he is liam neeson

  • @tk4794 i disagree, liam neeson is awesome but they way in which lucas wrote the character of qui-gon it made him shit. Qui-Gon is meant to be a powerful/wise jedi but in TPM he did nothing right. At the start of the film obi-wan says he senses a trap but qui-gon replies i dont sense anything and 2 minutes they're getting shot at, he failed to perform a mind trick on a salesman, he made the "wise" decision to bring a 10 year old boy to a war and finally he was killed.

  • @MetallicaMadMan666 I like how you turned "Toydarian" (force mind trick resistant species) into "salesman", and how you made getting killed sound like a decision he made, or his own fault at all. He had to bring Anakin with him, where should he have left him? And he even did several things right, so what you say is not true.

  • @SelvesteSand could he not have left anakin in the jedi temple, i doubt yoda is that much of a dick not to let him stay there while qui-gon is at war. And yea qui-gon did do some right but some of his decisions were just damn right retarted, for example, at the start of the film when he and obi wan are going to go down to naboo with the droid army, qui-gon says they should split up to reduce their chances of getting caught. surely that would double their chances of getting caught.

  • @tk4794 the character of Qui-Gon could have been awesome, right until Lucas started putting pen to paper and messed up what could have been a great Jedi. Im not trying to be a dick or start an arguement with you, im just stating my opinion.

  • @MetallicaMadMan666 I agree, he was something that I was missing in the films II and III.

  • Story:Darth Maul appears and is shock

    Darth Maul:WTF! i thought i killed you Qui Gon.But wait....i should be dead..right??

Obi-Wan:WTF!!WILL SOMEONE TELL ME WHATS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sure, he looks like Qui-Gon, but he doesn't look like Liam Neeson. Strange.

  • Behold the return of Liam Neeson

  • that is really liam neesons voice isn't it

  • @Immortal4Aday I think so

  • fart

  • Did Liam Neeson actually do the voice for this?! Sounds ALOT like him!

  • @TheVblogs yeah

  • @TheVblogs yes, he did

  • Is that Jesus?

  • clone war is just a side story between attack of the clone and revenge of the sith

  • All you people saying Liam Neeson has the perfect voice for Qui Gon are all wrong! Epically wrong. I think either Bobcat Goldthwait or Gilbert Gottfried would make a way better Qui Gon Jinn. :D

  • @afa78djd obvious troll is obvious

  • @afa78djd Gilbert Gottfried as Qui Gon...oh god...

  • Your right

  • This Ghost of Mortis series is rubbish....

  • i love how awsome liams voice is

  • Oh dear Lucas, contradicting yourself again.

  • @legodarknight101 did you watch the episode he didnt contradict him self...

  • @legodarknight101 Ikr, The Clonewars "may" have fit in between EpII and III. But things like this fucked it up. Even when Anakin turns to the darkside in the clonewars, completley fucks up the end of episode III.

  • Oh, hey, Liam Neeson's back.

  • finally something real i just watched a video of a kid who was wrong and had no proof

  • so the reason it turns out okay with Obi-Wan finding out he can see Qui-Gon at the end of episode III, is because its all kind of a dream and never really happened, is that right? because i could never figure out how it all works out, someone please explain, thank you

  • @LG112108 watch star wars movies and u'll get it.. that was no dream, it was reality XD

  • @OpenGLSecond I have seen the movies, trust me I'm a diehard fan, but it doesn't make any sense that he sees Qui-Gon here, but then finds out that he can see him in the end of Episode III. that's all I'm wondering

  • @LG112108 kinda plothole XD

  • @OpenGLSecond haha that's what I thought :D

  • @xMedicYuurarax at the end they may of meant obi wan could actually contact him without going to another planet

  • errr.....now i know what killed starwars

  • @mbm41796 what?

  • @OpenGLSecond i honestly have to say the the animated series did

  • @mbm41796 oh XD

  • Guys,Qui-Gon is dead and killed by Darth Maul.He is now part of the Force.

  • Wow! Liam Neeson actually reprieving his role as Qui Gon!? I love it. :D

  • The older Clone Wars are much much better and less robotic looking. To bad this is "canon" now.

  • @TheREALforeverone They're both cannon.

  • A legend, Obi Wan.

  • @kalteich HAhaha

  • makes me sad that this cartoon got liam neeson but when episode 3 was being made he was injured (not 100% sure) and couldnt get him

  • I like Qui-Gon

  • Wow, this is bullshit. At the end of Episode III Obi-Wan figures out Qui-Gon can be seen again. Fucking Clone Wars.

  • @xMedicYuurarax It's not bullshit. Just watch the episode.

  • @shineboxmedia FYI, It was the son in his many disguises, just like he disguised as Anakin's mother and future Ahsoka :S

  • @shineboxmedia whats the episode called? and what season?

  • @shineboxmedia

I think what he meant is that it's bullshit that it's an inconsistency between the clone wars timeline and the revenge of the sith one. But then, only the movies are considered canon, right?

  • @Triangulove No. These are considered canon. And in context, this episode makes perfect sense and completely fits the canon.

  • @shineboxmedia

Then why is obi wan shocked when yoda tells him qui gon has learned to transcend the force and that he made contact with him? Did obi wan have memory problems? I'm not sure because i've only seen a handful of episodes of the clone wars.

  • @xMedicYuurarax There was a lot of random stuff happening at the time. Quite frankly, he may have believed that Qui-Gon was simply an inhabitant of the planet taking his shape. All things considered, that MAY have been the case.

  • @xMedicYuurarax Umm.....your a bit wrong, Yoda tells Obi-wan about Qui-gon, he doesn't figure it out by himself

  • @xMedicYuurarax I thought it was fairly obvious, but I guess not. Clearly, Obi-Wan thought that Jinn reappearing was a one off, after all this planet was apparently so strong in the force that Obi-Wan just thought it was a vision, and not actually Qui-Gon's force spirit

  • @xMedicYuurarax also he would never draw his weapon to his master :/

  • @xMedicYuurarax Try watching the damn episode you tasteless bastard

  • @xMedicYuurarax roflol after they leave the place they lose their memories. thats why

  • @xMedicYuurarax Yeah I agree fuck that crtoonish shit and fucking clone wars hahahaha.......its for dumb little kids and retards.........the original saga all the way!! fuck the cartoonish shit of star wars fuck that shit its fucking retarded as fuck

  • @GangsterMafiaForever no it isnt kid a true star wars person loves every thing in star wars

  • @jamesb447 hahahahaahh! haahha! trust me u dumb little fuck , you retarded little child not these fucking shit hahaha the retarded fucking cartoonish shit isnt not for true star wars fans like me .....the true star wars fans only like the original trilogy and could bearly pass to watch prequels exsept the exseption of episode 3 ........so shut the fuck u stupid fucking kid......these cartoon shit is fucking retarded and is only for 8 years old kids if not younger hahah fuck outta here

  • @GangsterMafiaForever Actually, it's all based on opinion. Not everyone has to think like you, and if they did, we'd all be misspelling horribly. In fact, if it's for younger kids, and you're not a kid, what're you doing here? Just asking.

  • @GangsterMafiaForever

ball fucking shit, i forgot to sign out and my step bro used my account.. i am not a star wars fan or what ever.. just dont reply back.. thnx

  • @GangsterMafiaForever Dude you lost it...

  • @jamesb447

would you love the christmas special also?

search for "The Star Wars Holiday Special - "Happy Life Day" (1978)" in youtube. enjoy your bloody tears.

  • @PepePeligro13

ball fucking shit, i forgot to sign out and my step bro used my account.. i am not a star wars fan or what ever.. just dont reply back.. thnx

  • @xMedicYuurarax Watch the episode and it will all be explained

  • @xMedicYuurarax Maybe you should watch the episode before making a stupid comment.....

  • @xMedicYuurarax lol tht was my reaction too until i was told tht Obi-Wan is taught how to communicate with Qui-Gon @ the end of Episode III instead of Qui-Gon communicating with him during the clonewars..sounds stupid but avoids the scriptwriters mistake of putting qui-gon in the clonewars

  • @xMedicYuurarax Watch the show before you say anything fanboy.

    You people make me sick.

  • @KidMagnum Don't demand that someone watch a show and then call them a fanboy. It's hypocritical but I know what you mean. He/She's just being pedantic.

  • @GummyLawd Not being hypocritical if it's true...you can't talk shit until you've seen it for yourself. Hypocritical would be.........well, let me put it this way; this not being hypocritical lol.

  • @xMedicYuurarax Clone Wars is based between episodes II and III. Since that's when the CLONE WARS was

  • @xMedicYuurarax You do realise Clone Wars is before Ep III right?

  • Liam neeson as a wooden animated version of himself....YEAH!

  • I'm thrilled to see that Liam Nelson agreed to voice Qui-gon in this episode

  • so batmans trainer is a jedi! i knew it...

  • @LawsonMovies he really is immortal

  • liam nesson has an awesome voice but not as awesome as morgan freeman

  • Liam Neeson!!!??

    Finfact it actually is him!

  • I love Star Wars but this must be said...

    Project Purity

  • @Ninja22588 When Dad died at the hands of the Enclave--I actually got mad. Gotta love Bethesda's story lines.

  • Liam neeson is and always will be qui gon jinn!

  • I like how he pulls a lightsaber on his old Master.

  • This is false.

  • They got Liam's nose right!

  • what episode is this?

  • That's Qui-Gon's ghost!

  • @riley1719 No shit Sherlock!

  • I'm so glad that got Neeson for this!!!

  • The only proplem where the storries get a little hairy is that he did'nt know Qui-gon could come back from the grave until Episode III. But still great too see Liam return. Terriffic episode.

  • I don't remember this. o_o Which season is this episode in because I'm wanting to get all 3 seasons on dvd.

  • Liam Neeson is God.

  • @TheCalebAccount WRONG!! Liam Neeson is the god Zeus! Ok, your right, he's god.

  • LIAM NEESON! YES

  • it makes no sense for qui gon to appear here cause obi wan didnt figure out that he could even communicate with him until episode 3 when yoda told him. this whole clone wars series is bullshit, there was no reason it should've been created at all.

  • Obi: what must i do?

Gin: simple, its all Watto, he is the key to everything in to cosmos, find him and place a pod race bet. make sure the bet includes the AZT speed bike modifier. tell him that if he wins have him pay the entry fee, but give him 20% back then another 80% then ask 150% give 56% back and take the part. if you win buy the part anyway. then fly to Coruscant.

    Obi: then what?

Gin: you will have a speeder part dummy

    Obi: .......thanks allot Aslan.

Gin master of the silly bets! :P

  • i know its Jinn! :P

  • @henkman00

    (Watto voice)

    No, it's not.

  • @henkman00 lol

  • I thought it was so cool that Liam Neeson reprised his role even if it was a cameo.

  • Liam Neeson Rules!

  • Every time I watch this, I'm fascinated by Obi-Wan's reaction to seeing the spirit of Master Qui-Gon; the surprise, the retreating and igniting his lightsaber as if to ward off the specter... 0:08 - 0:15 is very revealing.

  • Fast forward to after ROTS, when Obiwan speaks to Qui Gon again

Obiwan: "Uh, yeah... you know that kid you wanted me to teach? Well he killed Mace Windu, killed a bunch of defenseless kids, and helped Palpatine become the Emperor."

Qui Gon: "Don't worry he will kill the Emperor one day"

Obiwan: "And when will that be?"

Qui Gon: "Oh about 20 years after he's hunted down the rest of the Jedi, helps to blow up a planet, and kills countless of people"

Obiwan: "Ummm... whose side are u on?"

  • @RoninDave Luke is the chosen one, Anakin, his father. When they(cause Yoda/Windu and company felt it too) sensed the power within him, Luke(in sperm form lol) was inside him, so basically Luke inherits the power. Which explains why they felt Anakin was the chosen one. And actually, Anakin was indeed very special, I mean, who ever blows up an entire planet is special in one way or the other. Not to mention everyone loved to cut off his body parts(arms/legs) so I guess thats special too? XD

  • @pachendrix no, anakin is the chosen one, he's the one who balanced the force and killed the emperor didn't he?

  • @creedjeremy If by balance you mean join the Sith take control of the galaxy for several years; and by kill the emperor you mean almost extinguish the Jedi's. Your right, he is indeed the chosen one. XD

  • Qu gon

  • Man, I feel horrible for Obi-Wan... when Ani first came into the picture, he had to basically share his master's affections with a boy who, at the time, may or may not be the Chosen One, and that definitely put a strain on their relationship. Then, as he's watching his master die, his last words are only about Anakin, and how Obi-Wan must train him. And now here, after not seeing Qui-Gon for so long, -all- he can talk about is Anakin.

    How sad is that?

  • @CaptainMandie Cause in reality, Qui-Gon, a long time a go, was drunk and fucked Anakin's mom and erased her memory with some old fashioned Jedi mind tricks. Then when he realizes Anakin was his son, he claims he's the chosen one only to make up for leaving him bastard for the first years of his life. In "The Phantom Menace" when he takes some blood samples and tests them, he wasn't checking Midi-chlorians, he was performing a paternity test.

  • That HAS to be liam neeson because his voice is so awesome that NOBODY could copy him

  • I guess this has to do with the fact that the planet is some kind of Force center of the universe of something... This might explain why Qui-Gon learned how to communicate with Yoda later on... If you watched the episode, you can figure out that Qui-Gon's ghost might have been just that, a spirit... while Anakin's mother and Ahsoka's future self were just the Son disguised as them...

  • I definitaly need to watch the whole episode im completly lost, it this the real Qui-Gon as in Master Qui-gon not the voice actor because i know that is Liam. anybody have a link to the Episode?

  • this screwed up. why? cuz in episode 3 at the end yoda told obi-wan that qui-gon learned the path to immortality (force ghost) and kenobi was surprised. but now he already learned? im glad neeson is back but this doesnt make sense. and why does he take out his lightsdaber when he sees qui-gon anyway?

  • @BuellerBueller95 Clearly you didn't watch the episode. It makes PERFECT sense in context.

  • @shineboxmedia you just copied and pasted a previous your previous comment

  • @shineboxmedia Wasn't he supposed to be an illusion?

  • @shineboxmedia what is this episode called?

  • @BuellerBueller95 Obi-Wan specifically asks "How are you here?" - Implying he has no idea that Qui-Gon can do this. Qui-Gon, in turn, never answers the question - implying that Obi-Wan may presume that it is the planet that allowed Qui-Gon to come forth.

  • @BuellerBueller95 It actually makes sense because in Episode 3, Obi-Wan seems to know that Qui-Gon learned this skill. Qui-Gon explains why it is so on Mortis, and then he must learn it in a better way somewhere else and Obi-Wan knows Qui-Gon learned this ability because of how he appeared on Mortis.

  • @BuellerBueller95 I never liked these Clone Wars series... I feel the screw up the continuity in the saga :S

  • @BuellerBueller95 Hopefully this will clear things up. Obi-Wan didn't believe it was really Qui-Gon on the planet. He thought it was a trick by the three ancient ones to get him to lower his guard and that's why he pulled out his saber. Later when the evil one attacked them this solidified his belief that it was a trick. In Episode 3 when Yoda told him that Qui-Gon had become immortal Obi-Wan was surprised. Because that's when he realized that the ghost really was Qui-Gon.

  • @BuellerBueller95 He probably took out his lightsaber because he didn't understand why he saw his deceased master.

Even though he had seen Qui-gon's ghost before, he didn't understand it, and thats why he was surprised at the end of Episode III, when he heard what he had done.

  • is this supposed to happen before or after Episode III? cuz at the end of Episode III yoda sends obi wan to connect with qui gon or something...

  • @JakeinrealLife81 You know Lucas, master of retcon.
