PEOPLE!!! on the other side where youre aloud to be...go towards the gate..get on the ledge ..or that little 3 foot wall thing..and do the paint brush glitch to make a ladder to get ontop the wall then you can either jump down or stay ontop the wall ...then go towards the right ..while ur on the wall and jump to the roof and hop over the bbig castle wall!!! u people are noobs

you guys must have 100 acrobatics or up to do this glitch and to get into the university u have to complete all the taks from all the local guild halls in cyroidil.

no u dont..u can use the paint brush glitch to get over the wall..then just jump to that building at the end of the wall and jump over the castle wall!

haven't play oblivion in a loooong time, but I think you need to get all the recommendations from the guilds in each city.
