hey everyone, ive been looking up information on this and i think its a hardware problem. Probably means your charging pin has gone bad on your device, which means you will probably have to pay $40+ to get it fixed

my ipod touch shows that it got pluged in and itunes comes up and it is in itunes but not under "my computer"!!!!!!!!!! help please!!!!!!

@sharkboi54 What do you mean? im having same problem and when i put in my ipod, it only says " ipod" on the left and when i click on it, it says "summary" and thats it.. no pics or nothing and it says i need to restore with itunes but i cant because it doesnt recognize it in the first place, HELP?
