I don't understand that you have one of the heavyweights in the photography world for an interview and there is no attempt whatsoever to make this dynamic. The camera's not locked, there is no interesting lighting or effects. Lazy or cheap...maybe both?
Great conversation but you could have made an effort with the production tut tut.
Sometimes it is best to let the subject stand on its (his) own without distracting embellishments.
