  • I love this song. It does bring back great memories and makes me think of a special person I've never even met.

  • Brings back a great time in my life!

  • body tingles when i hear this or cool 4 cats some of the best music ever

  • This is so good!

  • Touching lyrics i love the way he delivers it quality stuff

  • I luv Squeeze's lyrics...always very real with great rhyming schemes.

  • Some say that if you play this song backwards, you can hear Jools Holland being violated repeatedly by a large Samoan man at 2:14.

  • I beg for some forgiveness but beggings not my business.

    great line.......

  • misscary in this video the lead guitarist is singing, the rhythm guitarist sings cool 4 cats

  • Difford and Tillbrook were masters of words, melody and music. The 60s and 80s were the best for their brand of music,

which were best eras of music.

  • I dont know so much about this band...can somebody explain me why the singer is different in this song from the one of cool for cats?

  • They've had several singers on each of their songs. This one, Cool for Cats, and Black Coffee in Bed all had different singers.

  • tilbrook sang this one and black coffee

  • Brialliant! Love this bleed'in song. One of the the best ever.

  • I agree. Just incredible work.

  • In eighth grade )25 years ago) we had to bring in lyrics from a song for a poetry lesson. I brought in the lyrics for this song. Mrs. Beutler read only a part of it before someone said "Meg must have brought that one in". Guilty as charged. I still adore this song.

  • AWESOME SONG, AWESOME BAND,

    but also a sad song

  • I love this, reminds me of when i was younger. Took me ages to find out who sung it.

    :) cheers

  • This morning at four fifty I took her rather nifty down to an incubator but thirty minutes later...SQUEEZE the legends were born. Classic.

  • The Devil came and took me from bar to street to bookie.
