they get an education (at least for a year if they are really good), and two, it creates a name for themselves. The only player to come out of high school and prove himself as a beast was James. Secondly, if you knew shit about Boozer, you would know he isn't a great athlete. He is a Hustle player, with amazing work ethic. Why would you compare STAT to Beasley? They are not alike. Beasley is a natural scorer, he can post up back to basket, take a player off the dribble, he has NBA range NOW. Kirk sucks, Gordan sucks, Hughes sucks, but Tyrus Thomas will be "sick". Thomas is the only one of those players to do nothing. Aldrige would have been better with Rose. He doesnt shoot the ball well enough to shoot from the perimeter and isnt big or strong enough to muscle NBA Power Forwards. He will find a way to score but he will never be a 30 point or 15 rebound guy in the NBA. and what have you been smoking?
