It is often a good Idea, to do the test 3 - 4 - 5 - times, checking your work, and take the mean average of times and production, if your getting extreamly good results, have someone else do the tests whilst you observe, this way you get a collaborated result, After all, {we cant proof read our own writing can we !!.}

....when you have a thing thats called a bubbler....you are going to bubbles of the gas. Yes, I know what it is for, but how does one think you are going to get enough to make any difference at that volume out gas. 1 to 2 liters per minute at half of the alternator's output....hmmmm that not saving anything at best you get is it doesn't lower the mpg.

I have had 3 HHO generators connected to my car. I was extremely disappointed to discover that they make zero difference to the mpg of the car. Take the engine size and X it by the rpm to discover the volume of air sucked into the engine per second @2000rpm. It is a huge amount. The amount of HHO produced and inducted is negligable. I covered 1100 miles in 9 months and can honestly state that HHO in such small quantities does zero. Its a massive drain on the alternator too.

hi can u explain to meet how are u measuring the volume output of the hho?u have 1 liter bottle filled with water,holding it upside down with the opening in the gallon of water and the hho hose output at the bottle opening,,i know that hho gas should displace the water from one container to the other..but when u hold the bottle upside down,ur actually pouring the water from the bottle in the gallon and not as a result of hho volume displacing it..plz if u can clarify or im not seeing right

Now here is what you folks have over looked. The "over the road truck" or Heavy truck utilise an alternator that has a factory out put of 110-150 amps at either 12 OR 24 volts. Now why would I bring this up? becuase when you modify the diodes that control it,"see teslas experimentations" you can develop 110 volts from a car alternator,these make 30-90 amps at 12 volts. Same applyed to the 24V.110amp and ,

Cool experiment creative way to check volume of gas produced per time unit. Now if you did produce liter of hydrogen oxygen gas with 8 amps in approx. 30 seconds that is cool . But what is theoretic limit that 8 amps can produce per min. with max plate surface area and more minerals in water.

Have you replied to the questions yet? If not I have a few. You say 8 amps, but I think it is at least double that if not triple. The output is about 2 Lpm, but have you run it for any length of time without overheating? If so how long before the mud appears? Last, have you lit the gas coming out of your bubbler (using backflash arrestor of course)?

ok you have the multimeter hook up wrong you have + / - from multimeter to the + / - to the cell to read amps you need to have it inline with + . OK look you have power going in multimeter then it comes out meter going back to + to cell then you read amps you have it on +/- of the cell thats wrong

Use a clamp on Ammeter and get the guy 2 get hiz tattoo'd up arm outta the way so you can really prove that this is what its doing, your meter is only capable of measuring less than 10 amps and it may show skewed up readings if yo go over. Use a cheap clamp on ammeter, they're 12 bux on ebay!

Hey, You can get an 0-50 amp ammeter with an internal shunt on e-bay for around $20. You would connect it in series, i.e. between the + voltage source and the + input of the cell. Just connect it that way and keep the bottle opening under the water, and no one can say crap.

Hi john000316. It looks like every one is giving you a lot of shit when they need to give you good advice. If you hook the multimeter up the way the manual said and you are not getting a reading that means that the cell is pulling more than 20amps with a ten amp tester.

If so remix your cell but only put 1tsp in at first and slowly build it up till you reach 14amps cold so when the cell warms up it should pull around 18-20amps.

amperageis correct...what no one knows is the voltage. what power supply is it and congrats on the smack cell. i have one and get 1.5 L at 18 amps. maybe you got a super efficient cell or you have maybe a battery charger that has pulses at 16 volts or something

Looks like a decent generator to me mahn. The easiest way to determine your amp draw is to go by an auto parts store and grab up a cheap automotive amp guage. Just wire it in series with your circuit and it'll tell you what you need to know. (series just means cut your hot OR ground wire and put the meter in at that point. it has to actually flow through the meter). Good luck! about to build my first HHO generator myself.

John000316: your are measuring Gas not liquid in order to measure 2 liter of hydrogen you need to first take the gas to so much pressure that the gas will be liquid instead, so with your "measurement method" you are probably doing 20 Milliliters tops

I hooked two AMP meters up and got the same reading. but I'm not sure I'm connecting them right and can't find anyone so far who does. I actually got a little more output the second time. 1 Liter in 26 sec. The gauge read 14amps. Again not sure. But I'm not putting that vid on here your head will explode!!! If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong with the gauge please help.

Dude you have your meter hooked up wrong! you have a fluke 78 the black wire ( common) is in the right spot but the red wire is not in the current (10a) spot ( to the left bottom plug) ooops!

Nice output. What is the electrolyte/quantityyou are using? I notice the stainless steel straps are both attached on the outside- Is it reconfigured so that no bottom strap is required? are the steel nut/nylon washer spacing the same? I have been wondering if it would be a good idea to use all nylon washers and only nuts on the ends.

This just dont look real sorry since there are other people with similar or better plate isolation and do not get numbers nearly as close. So double check you amp meter or something else I just dont see this happening since this would have some 200%+ more efficiency than the most efficient brute force systems here. Dont you get vacuum effect when you hold water above the surface so water trying to escape from the bottle helps to pull HHO inside?

Just guessing, but it looks like a variation of 1/2 of a wrapped Smack cell as best I can tell from the video.

I have 25 plate zereo cell to be tested this evening. I have sealed the edges too including top and bottom just like zero did. How is that 2L/per min at 8 Amps? Even Zerofossilfuel never came close. 2L/min should go with minimum of 20-30Amps how did you get it to draw 8 amps on this awesome 0production. There must be something we dont see. Sorry I have seen lots of different designs but not as efficient. This is obviously some 3 times more efficient then zerocell but why?

The design is Elektric's Smack booster Design except for the plates, his instructions are on his website for free. The plates are wired +N-N+N- 23 plates total I have some pictures of the plates but not sure I can post photos on here. I can e-mail them to whoever wants them.
