Due to global warming the snow must have melted far more faster than usual.

During these times of severe food crisis, such floods couldn't have come at worse time. Punjab happens to be the bread basket of both India and Pakistan. All the crops must have been washed away. Time for Govt. of Pakistan to take this matter far more seriously than just a major flood disaster. It must immediately seek help from from wherever it can.
