I read the English translation and based on miniani3's comment, I believe the story/concept of this video is:

Narsha and Gain are both dating the same man, but Gain doesn't know, and Narsha is torn up about it because she only wants him to love her and not anyone else. Gain doesn't really want to do anything with this man but is forced to (the whip and he feeds her aphrodisiac). Narsha ends up killing the man (I think) and then feeds Gain a poisonous candy in the end.
