People that do movements that their body are not prepared for, might aswell have to stop to train before they want to because their body breaks down. Soo, if you condition often you build up bodyarmour agianst injuries. You could say you condition

Not neccessarily; it depends on what you do in training.
Conditioning is obviously essential, but you can get hurt regardless of your physical condition if you take big drops and other high impact movement
