You get it when you beat the all cup tour in mirror mode. You can use that car for both big, normal and small characters. It is a cool car actually.

Wow. Bowser JR grew up a lot since this game. Oh yes, Krazy Koopa Kids > > Bowser JR in my eyes. He will never replace them.

Also, they really need to (if they do plan on making another Mario Kart game) add more retro tracks to the game. The SNES and N64 tracks were good choices (could've been better), the handhelds were good to meh (GBA Bowser Castle 3 FTW) But the GCN ones were bleh. Waluigi Stadium was the only good one to me. The 2nd track here would've been better than DK Mountain.

actually, the speed boost thing is called mini-turbo. start to powerslide, then steer in the opposite direction, then steer back, and reapeat. then, stop sliding, and you'll get a speed boost as if u just used a mushroom.
