The Kenyan judiciary has clearly failed. It is either incompetent or willfully lazy. We know it will take time to even get any of the sponsors of terror to book. I am sure eventually the ICC will not only try some but may even get some convicted. It requires: Patience (and we got patience), Tenacity (we know they will use every ruse to avoid trial) and Fairness (Unlike them, we will seek justice and not retribution)

@MRMUTOONI You cant compare those who initiated, planned and funded killings and displacement of fellow citizens with MAUMAU or Kap 5. May be you are very comfortable in your own cocoon but others lost bros,sisters, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters etc due to greed of few. Others lost everything they had labored so hard for. Justice even for the weak in the society is the way forward.
