Vovinam is very useful. It's pretty much a more east oriental Krav Maga with forms and some parkour for the most part since the vietnamese used everything to their advantage due to their light body weight and body structure.

sigh its a video that shows the leg attacks in a acrobatic demonstration. notice how they run pretty far before jumping onto the person's neck ect. for combat use of these leg attacks, u have to be within 1 step or less within the opponent, usually just stand right next to them and jump up on their neck. u have to do A LOT of squat jumps to get strong legs to this. once u got that down, stand next to a partner tap their shoulder and jump up on their neck.

Im sure back in the day this style was legit, and used better techniques, iv seen vids of people getting KOed by the roundhouse and other moves, but I just dont like how all the videos of this are mostly demos. I watched a nice one between Vietnam VS singapore and it was good, full contact fighting, mostly what I saw good was kicks, and kick defence/takedowns. They have some nice kick counters, nice takedowns, nice kicks. Its definatly got some reality in there, heres just demos.
