i "have" seen cooler one's but this is cool too.

I'm building a DIY belt drive pan tilt , using brushed 12v DC gearmotors .. like lynxmotion from robotshop.

I have my mechanics 80% complete and i'm trying to choose a speed controller.

The critical velocity line looks nice it has soft start and high freq PWM .. ( that's good right ? ) lol .. i can't seem to find one that also has braking .. :( .. is that even necc if i have 10:1 belt drive setup ?
