An Excellent version of the U.S.S. Constellation!!!! I found that episode "The Doomsday Machine" here on YouTube and to quote Mr. Scott; "The Warp Engines? That's a hopeless pile of junk". And you replicated the starship wreckage perfectly!!!!
Both of those look amazing. I've always been partial to the Ambassador Class. Your "C" looks great. I'm just returning to building after about 30 years of being on a hiatus and to find resources like your video logs (as well as others) online, view-able anytime is an incredible advantage for me this time out. I wanted to say that I really appreciate your taking the time to describe the details regarding a process for those of us not yet as skilled. Please continue to do so.
Guessing you have already read, but would hate not to mention, the Johnny 57 and Scotthm build logs over on the D7 topic at ACM. Whereas I slammed mine together and got mediocre results, these two guys knocked theirs out of the park with truly fine techniques.
Great job on it. I like all the damage details. Jays model is really nice too. I thought the black marks were faint but not after looking at a few more times. They both are bitchin in there own ways.
Thanks and I'll put a video of mine when I finish it sometime.
Beauty!

I like your use of the LEDs in the primary hull to represent fire. I am planning to use tea candle LEDs for that effect to make them flicker.

@SciFiModeler2161
Thank you. I like to share my builds with others but the part I enjoy the most is knowing
that this stuff is helping someone who wants to give it a go.
Its good for the hobby to share info when you can.

Thanks, to me these models are just fun. I don't get involved in the debate
or nit pick peoples work. I am no pro and just do what I can with simple means.
I appreciate and know what the work is like and anyone who tries these has already
accomplished something. Really enjoy helping someone get started when they thought
they couldn't do it.
