I feel a bit funny posting up the before pics, but i guess I saw enough to not feel bad at all. Its a chance to see how mush you can change , I have decided to post my now pics its my 5th day of Insanity workout. woot woot!!!
@paraisoat I did today. Um I started at 103.8 and I am still there I fluctuate from 102- 103 its weird but I really love my workouts more now, I am keeping up with the video.
@paraisoat I feel like I'm gaining weight and I don't alot enough time to workout as much because of my studies. But I do watch what I eat. In 2 weeks classes will be over so I'll start working out more. How's your weight loss journey going?
@evolty1 week 9 of p90x and a plattering of TurboFire 15 Hiit training, revabs merciless abs and Insanity pure cardio along with some of my own kujg fu stuff it's been good. I hope you stick with things. I know the feeling of gaining weight, but please keep with it.
@ProImbaLeet I agree completely I would just like to correct you. Muscle does not weigh more than fat. Muscle is much more dence than fat. A pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle. Just if you gain a little muscle you gain alot of weight. Sorry to nitpick
@RejoycingYesterday you're right 1 lb equals a lb, but I think what it means is a lb of muscle takes up less area and most women will gain weight their first month of exercise because they gaim muscle prior to burning off the fat .
Hey Arlene! Nice work on smashing 7 weeks! I am sure you will make the proper choice in what you want to take your photos in..But I am sure you will look amazing anway ;) Core Synergistics is awesome. Dont worry about the weight gain usually it is water or muscle.
Congrats on reaching your 8 week mark. It is a huge accomplishment. I'm sure your pictures will be great. What you could do is show your bathing suit pics from the waist up.
Sorry, but your weight gain makes me feel better about mine:) My scale shows weight gain but maybe its muscle. I ordered a fat monitor but have not received it. Maybe it would show I've lost body fat.

Heck us men are topless in our pics, I know you can't do that, but just think how humiliating it is for us as well. So do it...its good for you, and motivating for your viewers ! Stay strong!!

Nice update.. Got p90x today and reading the books and putting my chin up bar toghter.. Am thinking about posting a video but its just some picts and kinda lead to my blog as i dont have a cam yet.
Thanks! I started with a blog and it took some time before I got to videos. It really was more of a time saver... I use my written blog as a way to store tips and tricks for nutrition now! GOOD job READING first! A lot of people miss that, so you will be totally prepared! :) Do you have a BB screenname yet?

As you loose fat while doing the Insanity workout, you also gain muscle, which is the weight gain.
Muscle weighs more than fat.
