This is the much more powerful scene compared to Jill's version, if this was to be re-adapted in to a real "Resident Evil movie" this would be the scene to go with.

The reason why Chris is dressed like a "gangster" is because it's a secret costume. You beat the game once to get his "Gangster" clothes and then beat it again to get his Code Veronica clothes. I hope that helps.

I don't understand why Umbrella just doesn't use that, it is pretty powerful on it's own, and the soldier stays in control. In Umbrella Chronicles, Wesker says "Lets test this out" after he takes it, and throughout the rebirth level he gets stronger.
