I dont know.The only pal codes i know are B179 8M20 XA09 80FF which unlocks the pal gamestop car and Z891 4K88 IN25 79AA which unlocks the pal steel wheels car.

the codes are bestbuy, gamestop,walmart but you must have burnout license
