OF COURSE if they DO SEND MONEY out of the US and have the tax payer card then they would NOT be subject to that 20% fee because they already paid 20% to the employer. TO prevent someone from using someones card to send under the table money out. Remember that the 20% is STILL deducted and is REFUNDED to the one with the card when they do their taxes so they also get a nice check (with interest I might add) this would also employee MORE multi language tax professionals. AND reduce crime.

An illegal who makes $8.00 an hour x 40 hours is $320. I would pay them what I pay my legal employees $10 and $12 an hour to start. At minimum I would pay $400 and deducting the 20% would still be the same $320 BUT 20% would go back the US and as a small business would be LEGAL and COMPLIANT with the government. ALTHOUGH $400 still seems like a small amount, This would open the doors for illegals to EXCELL rather then be held hostage by factories knowing they are at risk being in the US.

I propose this: ALL IMIGRANTS can apply for a NON CITIZEN TAX PAYER CARD. Then they go get a job and that employer who pays them would deduct 20% from their pay and send it into that NEW department. ALSO: the government would take any issues away from the employer for hiring someone illegal and ALLOW IT. that imigrant would NOW receive medical and social benefits as a US tax payer. AND I myself would pay more per hour (maybe $10-$12 per hour) unlike minimum wage.

If someone makes $600 a week cash and pays 20% the remaining $480 would be still 10 times what they can earn in there respective country. SO the tax would NOT make people leave the US. SO when the government spends $40 million on border security THINK of what $400 would do? it would also employ more us citizens (american and spanish or other ethnic people alike to STOP not prevent drug trafficing) AND still leave $150 billion for other projects..

IF I WERE running the US, the FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS is TREAT THIS COUNTRY like a business so you MAKE money not LOOSE money and we will be OK and get out of debt. This post is about anyone EVEN AMERICANS who sent UN taxed income OUT of the US.... JUST MEXICO ALONE? THE US estimate there are 15 million illegal aliens in the U.S. If 10% of these send $500 per week outside the country that amounts to between $600 and $750 Million dollars per week amounting to between $3 and $4 Billion annually. if 40% did this and we taxed that money leaving the US, the US would have $3.2 billion JUST from that 20% tax. times 50 other countries and its $160 billion.

I have to clearly state that this video is all about taxes. The government KNOWS that pretty much every pizzaria in the USA does not declare all its sales and therefor does not PAY TAXES on that money. BUT those who do own those pizzarias also use the cash to buy items from other businesses in this country. The government calls this "GREY MONEY"

when the earth cools down, people migrate further towards the equator, when the earth warms up people move further north, fact. what we should be also looking at is a fairer distribution of wealth, in England when your unemployed, the government states that you can have a "minimum" amount of benefits like dole money, and welfare benefits. why cant the same rule apply to the "maximum" 1 person can have in there bank account?

Good ideas.Bush had a good plan. Our southern companies need workers so let people come over the border if they have jobs to go to or companies have job openings. Give them a tax number and have them pay taxes on what they make. Let them go back and forth who cares as long as they are registered. It didn`t pass because he is a Republican and is not supposed to care. He knows the situation as he is from Texas. Businesses can`t get local help there and need the immigrants.

Sorry to say that the US government spened MORE money defending the canadian border to prevent BADLY needed drugs to help the sick and elderly then it does on the southern border to keep out illegals, thanks to the lobbiests in Washington who work for the drug companies, Seems were preventing the importation of LEGAL drugs then we are the Illegal drugs from the south...Anyting to get elected I guess
