@Ellebabzz Question: When you jump and do a roll should you try to land on your toes more then do the roll or just kind of regularly>? If regularly would thick-bottom'd shoes be prefered? Bruised both heels hurt like a bitch for two weeks after just being stupid and jumping about 10 feet from the ground >:(
