I remember listening to DJ Red Alert when I was a teenager. I listened to his show every weekend. 98.7 Kiss FM was the shit back then. Hip hop was better than the shit that's out these days. BROOKLYN, BABY!!!

This compilation, came out the same time I bought my 1200's and was hugely influential to show how to mix butter styles with positivity. We couldnt' catch 98.7 where we grew up, (but we did get amazing Detroit mix shows) Although my LP copy of this is totally dogged from listens and scratching, it is a cherished LP. Even better, is the DJ red alert "goes bazerk" (his first) on LP. Thanks for posting a clean example.
