@crossbike Ich habe schon "sich verlebenspartnern" gehört. Die meisten Schwulen, die ich kenne, sagen aber "heiraten", weil sie finden, dass es keinen Unterschied zwischen ihnen und heterosexuellen Paaren geben sollte. Es ist doch die CDU, die sich bei dem Thema immer noch ins Hemd macht. Alle anderen Parteien sind da viel offener.

@crossbike Eine Heirat ist in Deutschland eben nicht per Definitionem eine Verbindung zwischen Mann und Frau, zumindest steht es so nicht im Gesetz.

Außerdem hat das BVerfG die unbegründete Ungleichbehandlung von Ehe und Lebenspartnerschaft als mit dem Grundgesetz unvereinbar erklärt.

Dass wir immernoch die Ehe-Light für Homo-Paare haben liegt am CDU-Boykott.

Das ist aber nur noch eine Frage der Zeit, IMO. Warauf zwei Verpartnerungen und jeweils sprachen die Standesbeamtenvon "Ehe".

Vielen Dank, Choury, für deine juristische Klarstellung! Ich ging irrtümlicherweise davon aus, dass unsere "Schweizer Definition" von Ehe auch im Deutschen Grundgesetz so definiert sei. Sorry :-)

What a great episode, would have loved to see those NYC photos! The two lil kisses, so cute - the look the boys shared as Olli left the bedroom, Olli's bear hug when Christian came into NL with Andi and that hug near the end.....it was all just so amazing!!!
