  • Thank you so much for this video!!! My chihuahua got into some dark chocolate and I was able to use the hydrogen peroxide to get her to throw it up within 15 minutes of it happening.

  • Salt! Worked like a charm. Labrador sicked up 1 sock and a days worth of food.

  • I agree, this is NOT the video to have a 30 second ad before you can view it. My toddler, who was supposed to be in bed taking a nap while I was in the other room nursing my baby, decided to get into the bag of Xylitol. It was all over her, the chair, and the floor, and my little yorkie/maltese was standing there licking her lips. We cannot afford an emergency trip to the vet, so I induced vomiting via this video. The peroxide does take a couple min. to work, but it really does the trick!

  • Thank you so much! This probably just saved my little puppy's life! Thank you thank you thank you!

  • Thank you for this informative video! The hydrogen peroxide worked within minutes! My 6 mo old pup ate grapes. We called the 24 hour emergency clinic and they said it would be $98 for the visit + more. They mentioned inducing vomit and possibly giving activated charcoal. I found this vid and followed the directions. Next morning i took him to our regular vet; they did blood work on him and gave him the activated charcoal gel. Our vet said inducing vomit was the best thing we did! Life saved!

  • thank u this really worked and saved my dogs life, he ingested a whole bunch on dehydrated onions at 2:00am I was told by poison control this was toxic and induce vomiting.... Animal Poison Control wanted 75.00 to tell me how to do it! Thank God for the Internet! What a wonderful source for information

My vet was closed and closest emergency wanted 150.00 and it was a long way to drive... Thank you Thank you Thank you

    What would you do instead?

  • @PowerfulFellow It burns the tissue on the inside of the throat. Drinking it is bad enough, having it come back up will do further damage.

  • @RedThree123 YouTube should implement a feature to vote a video as "medical priority" that is free of ads.
