I've been in the water in NC with these spectular predators. You divers out there that haven't experienced NC diving should do yourselves a favor and make the trip. OBX diving in Nags Head (Bill McDermott) and OBX diving and charters in Cape Hatteras (John and Amy Pieno) will fix you up. The ocean environment in the graveyard of the Atlantic is ever changing making for outstanding diving. You'll see the large North Atlantic species as well as tropical. A must do dive experience. dive safe. t
I had heard that there were reports of the lionfish making their way up to obx. @1:12 there's proof. its a shame
