  • These exercises are great.Just finished these less than 10min ago.Sweating bullets right now.Just wanted to say thanks for exercises.I'll being doing these everyday and we will see where I am when basketball season rolls around in November.

  • They definitely work.You can get good results with out them, but I know firsthand you get better results with them.I first tried working out for two months without them then two months with them.Definitely noticed better results with the jumpsoles.I also bought the resistance band that they sell.

  • The shoes are the shit I got some but screw the workout I'm not a big fan of it. I use my shoes with the P90X Plyometrics workout.

  • can anyone tell me if the jumpsoles will stretch my legs out and strenghten them? i have bad right achilles tendinitis which i think a more elastic tendon would help this problem, or will jumpsoles develope tendinitis?

  • everyone says it works! i might buy them but do you have to do your excersises on certain days... like air airlert where they make you do it on certain days. or can i do them on days i can like 1 day do them, next day dont. and so on. Why? because I play basketball extremely hard one day, and then take a break the next day so i have time for my muscles like hamstrings and thighs to recover from hardwork. plz reply.

    im in week6 done 1st session, afta week 4 i gained 2 inches now my vert is to 30, i can reach 10'3 instead of 10', i havent measured my vert since week 4 but i think i gained another 2 or 3 inches more.

    My vertical was 33 and i was dunking on a 9 foot rim ...... Then, i have used the jumpsoles for about 4 or 5 weeks after that, and now i am dunking on a 10 foot rim and my vertical raised from 33 to 38.

  • they work for me, i only use them every now and again but im 6'1 nd im dunking consistently on 10' now

  • i don't know dude..maybe...I just got them..and in the manuel it says that strength training like weight lifting helps alot...I'm starting them today or tomorrow and making a video for each week to show my progression to see if they actually work..so check that out if you want.

    now i can get my hand over the rim with EASE and CONSISTENTLY and i can stand right under the rim and jump wit 2 hands and get my fingertips over the rim...

  • This basically has everything in this video that is in the dvd so don't worry about it. These workouts will do the trick.

  • no u cannot wear them while playing ball, if you try youll see why, its dangerous and you can get injured....One exercise they didnt do which helps alot is exaggerated skips, this and frog leaps...

  • i bought some off of ebay and i ran with them on up some hills. did squats and jumproped and my legs were sore for 2 days..

    i felt the burn all throughout my thighs and calves..

    Im 5'8-5'9 i can grab rim sometimes depending on how i take off.

    any advice much appreciated

  • honestly wuts the difference between this and just regular calf raises and walking around the house on the balls of your feet? ive been doing that for like 4-5 months now ONLY and maybe some jumping jacks here and there and im 6'0

    ..now i can get my hand over the rim and slam it down...O__o

  • because on ur tip toes u don't tend to always stay up on them in jumpsoles your heels never touch the ground and with proprioceptors the results r even better

  • well acually that question is asked many timeds and the answer is your personal reponce they both have the same results is just how you like the feel of it. cuz jumpsoles you just slide your feet in and is adjustable and strenght shoes are basketball shoes with the big soles on the bottum so it is your opinion really and good luck

  • ok well the diference between squats and jumpsoles is that well jumpsoles builds muscle fibers in your lower leg and for high jumping performance and quickness and now for squats the squats simply workout your thighs, calves, butt, and your hipsand should do them for about 10 to 15 min. and in in belgium i am sorry but i dont know where to get them there but just check ebay and maybe other sights and see if they are from belgium also to make a short not long delivery to you or see other stores!

  • i heard it takes time.. im 5'10.. i have a 37" vert.. 32 standing.. and never trained... everyone i have talked to say it takes about two weeks. im thinking bout getting a pair too.

  • dont take 2 weeks, takes about 4-6 weeks to see the results

  • jump soles are definetly much better than air alert2 and air alert3. i have tried all and seen faster results with jumpsoles. AA2 and AA3 put tons of stress on the knees, specially at the latter weeks of the program. the only downside to the jumpsoles is that they tighten up your soleus and gastronemious muscles as well as achiles tendon, but can be disregarded by lots of stretching, which is goodto get you to a habit of stretching more frequietly avoiding injury.

  • u should get jumpsloes i did air alert 3 but didnt get the much gains but jumpsoles are much better i got 2wice as much gains than air alert 3 because it isolated the calfs getting it a better workout ive gained about probably about 8 inches

  • you need more than a couple of inches. i touched the rim when i was 14 too. start went through high school basketball. now i can grab the rim with both hands. but im just starting to use jumpsoles now. it works. hopefully i will be able to get up higher

  • Listen up..these jumpsoles helped me alot, I was playing at a D2 school(football) and started using them. They helped out alot, I weigh 325 & jumping with the best. Now im at Iowa 2nd string DT !

  • I got these jumpsoles a couple years ago and they work great.  I'm a Amateur boxer and these have given me and edge in the ring no joke. these used with the little plug you stick in the bottom will make your ankles so damn strong son. I can move side to side much faster and my apponents have a really hard time trying to square up with me. JUMPSOLES FTW.

  • well if you think about it that way, you do no need air alert. All you need is just a routine, with plyometrics and strength training. With jumpsoles, you pretty much just wear them while doing those exercises. They are supposed to "double" or max out the benefit from plyometrics.
