Even if the joke has been done before, this guy still makes it funny.. his mannerisms, the depth in his speech and how it comes off.. He is a real straight up guy with pretty blunt comedy. I like his style.

More than one guy is bound to notice the weird side effects they try to slip in to the end of drug commercials. How is one guy supposed to know every other topic discussed by every other comedian?
I dunno, using the mic stand as a prop lever is kinda hacky. The mannerisms that are like "yeah, I made the audience laugh, I'm a badass" should be totally controlled because you need the illusion that it wasn't that huge of an accomplishment for you to make the audience laugh. Funny material though.
if he was holding up cuecards or item props your opinion could be valid. Sometimes people need a description with a visual to register what is going on.
I laughed so hard at "one guy thought he was a pigeon." I'd love to hear that in a real commercial, haha!

Honestly, side effects include depression, anxiety, tension.
