Neil Young does not support the Republican Party. He did for a brief time in the 1980s, but has not since then.

Sadie, thanks! I saw Stephen Stills at a Democratic presidential rally back in the 90's. It's so nice to see he stands up for his ideals. Sad to see Stephen's discovery, little old Neil Young of Manitoba, being a Republican and playing bad music of late.

I've been telling folks for YEARS that it's STEPHEN, not Neil, who is the guy who rallies for what is the best in the Democratic ideals and who is the staunchest supporter of getting this country back to the freedoms it's citizens once enjoyed. It makes me laugh when I see Neil's website which criticizes the US involvement in Iraq yet Neil himself fully supports the Republican party that put the very fools into power that have led us into this war.
