A couple of pointers they didn't mention, you need to make sure they have plenty of warm spots, and you may be able to free-feed other cats, but not this breed, they have a genetic tendency to overeat to pack on fat to make up for having almost no fur. Keep these things in mind, along with them usually costing $500-$700.

AS my oppinion hair of this cat is optimal to live in a Room. And it's not need extremal bathing... my cats "go to shower" only before Excibitions and around 1 time per 2 month

A properly fed Cornish Rex does not require regular bathing. Show cats are of course an exception.
