the style is Shitoryu (Shitokai) and the kata she is performing is Kosukun dai... her stances are very strong and suitablre for this syle of karate.

@karatefella actually it's shotokan's kanku dai that is another version (although the kosokun katas aren't the original either. if you want to see the katas that are closer to the original version, check out chatan yara kushanku from shito-ryu, and koryu kusanku, from a shorin lineage, the name of which escapes me at the moment)
