Originally, at 6:51, Bakshi was going to have her top get ripped off too and she was to remain topless throughout the rest of the movie. It was also going to be a bloodier movie, but they were forced to pull back their intentions for a PG rating. I can only hope that someone out there with time, patience and good photo/video editing skills can re-edit this gem to make it what it was supposed to be.

@preacherZer0 sort of. It's called rotoscoping. A live film was projected onto a glass pane, frame by frame, that animators would trace over. Hence you can get some very life-like movement in your characters. Ralph Baski used the technique in some form in virtually all his films.
