I've always loved this song. The guitar work in it is just excellent. I especially love the use of a flanger effect. It's just a great song, and Chely Wright is a terrific artist who really does it justice.

I guess I probably already know the answer to this, but if you have been a fan in the past are you still?? I mean she is the same person she always was, but know we know her sexual orientation which I find that it has no bearing on her talent. As a matter of fact, I think the new album is her best!

Man, @Sepheria, she'll still make music... There are plenty of us lesbians who love country music... she'll survive in the genre, she'll just have slightly different fanbase. You and a few others that like to spew hate will not destroy her career. Recording companies will still like her, so even if you don't want to believe it her music will still be successful... in the meantime, how bout you get off this page or come out because your homophobia isn't as pretty as Chelys voice.

Wow, hopefully she will be able cross over to other genres. I didn't know her music until the last couple of weeks. Suprised she wasn't more successful with Country. She 's talented & gorgeous. I think if she loses any of her normal following she'll make up for it by picking up gays like me and allies who don't usually listen to country music. I'm not normally a country music fan, but being so moved by her story I had to check out her music, and well, I'm impressed. :)

I'm surprised so many people have not heard of her until now. I have been a huge fan since her album "Woman in the Moon." Love you Chely! Thank you so much for coming out. You have always been one of my favorite country music artists. I hope more closeted country artists follow your example and come out too. I'm a gay Christian country music fan and I wish social conservatives in the country music industry would be more accepting of people who are just being honest about who they are.

She is breaking boundries! Country music may not be rocked by this totally.....but one of the "flock" is now on the other side of the fence. Bravo Chely! Now it's time for Terri, Bryan, Kenny and Jo Dee to come to terms and fess up! When people realize that being gay/lesbian doesn't make you any less human they will start to understand that it really doesn't matter.
